Delivery Time for Your
ACS Bow
As of mid-April, 2008 we no longer have a waiting
list. We will make every attempt to deliver your bow as quickly as possible. Unless you elect
to purchase one of our current in-stock limbs, we are striving to fill all new orders within 2 to 4 months.
We receive and store any information you enter
on the ACSBows.com website, or you give us by any other means. You can choose not to provide us with certain information that
we request, but by doing so, you might delay your order or limit your options when purchasing a bow.
We collect aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the
consumer, such as survey information, submission of materials, photos, etc. and/or site registrations. If you desire that your personal information disclosed by you on this ACSBows.com
website not be used to send future information updates from ACSBows.com related to the information you disclose
on this ACSBows.com website send an email request to ACSBows.com at orders@acsbows.com. ACSBows.com does not sell, rent, or otherwise make public any information gathered on this site.
Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers online may receive
telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed online. Please provide us with your correct phone
number.
Shipping Procedures
All ACS Bows and limbs are carefully packed into heavy-gauge boxes and are shipped via UPS to most destinations. Tracking
numbers are assigned to each shipment and that makes it possible for our customers to follow their bow's progress en route.
For all of our UPS shipments we need a physical address and cannot use a Post Office Box.
For shipments
overseas, or when special circumstances require that we use a service other than UPS, we will work out the details ahead of
time with those customers regarding shipping instructions and actual shipping cost.
